Payment and Shipping

Thank you for your visit. The email address you filled in when paying for the order is your login account. If you need to check the order delivery details, you can log in to the website or check through the link in the order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise specified, we will ship your order within 3-5 days after receiving it.

Users in China who pay with Alipay will receive a shopping voucher worth 2% of the order amount!

Handmade prints, unlike machine-printed ones, embody the warmth and texture of the artwork. Each print has a different feel and subtle variations in texture, making each one unique. For more details before shipment, please contact us via our WeChat account at the bottom of this page.

Logistics and transportation

We only use SF Express or JD Logistics to deliver products.

Each piece of artwork is insured for transportation, so when you sign for it, please be sure to confirm with the courier in person whether the item is intact. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Returns and Exchanges

Except for works signed by artists, other products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days without giving any reason as long as it does not affect the secondary sale.

In principle, works signed by artists cannot be returned or exchanged. If you really need to, you can add Lingshi on WeChat to negotiate a solution. Returns and exchanges can only be made after offline inspection. Thank you for your understanding!
